This fabric is not horizontal stripe regardless of what they say

I bought this fabric because the company confirmed it was horizontally striped (selvage to selvage). It is not; however, the company insists that it is even though it's obviously vertically striped. To return it, they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee plus I'm supposed to pay return shipping. It's not my mistake - it's there's and they don't want to make it right. They are a terrible company to deal with. I'll never buy anything from them again.
