They were very kind to send me an initial sample. The fabric is quite nice - fairly thin, and see through in the right light, but with a nice texture and sheen, and my subsequent order shipped fast.
However shipping to Canada (via UPS) after upfront shipping charges plus import broker fees ended up costing just shy of $100 for four yards, almost doubling the cost of the material per yard. As nice as the velvet is, it certainly isn't worth $70 per yard.
I'd highly recommend this fabric and shop to anyone in the States...but for a Canadian having to pay over double the import fees I've had to pay previously for fabric it was a little bit of an unpleasant surprise.
